David Robert Jones (8 January 1947 – 10 January 2016), known professionally as David Bowie (was an English singer-songwriter and actor. He was a leading figure in popular music from the release of his first studio album in 1967 until his death, acclaimed by critics and fellow musicians for his innovative work.

CLUE#1 DIAMOND DOGS

Though the album was recorded and released after the 'retirement' of Ziggy Stardust in mid-1973, Ziggy was seen to be still very much alive in Diamond Dogs, as evident from Bowie's haircut on the cover and the glam-trash style of the first single "Rebel Rebel".At the time of its release Bowie described Diamond Dogs as "a very political album. My protest ... more me than anything I've done previously". Thematically, it was a marriage of the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell and Bowie's own glam-tinged vision of a post-apocalyptic world.

CLUE#2 THE THIN WHITE DUKE

Was David Bowie's 1975 and 1976 persona and character. The persona's look and character are somewhat based on Thomas Jerome Newton, the titular humanoid alien played by Bowie in the 1976 film The Man Who Fell to Earth. The Thin White Duke was a controversial figure, In later years, he blamed his erratic behaviour during his mid-1970s Duke era on an "astronomical" use of hard drugs (particularly cocaine) while living in Los Angeles.

CLUE#3 1969

"Space Oddity" was his first breakout record after it was used by the BBC in its coverage of the moon landing in 1969. It became one of Bowie's signature songs, is about the launch of Major Tom, a fictional astronaut, and was released during a period of great interest in space flight.
