Keith Allen Haring (May 4, 1958 – February 16, 1990) was an American artist whose pop art and graffiti-like work grew out of the New York City street culture of the 1980s.

Was a nightclub located at 57 St. Mark's Place in New York City during the late 1970s and early 1980s.Keith Haring used to perform from inside a fake television set, and read his "neo-dada poems" at the Club 57 Wednesday night poetry readings, and later put on evenings and exhibitions there. He curated the Black Light Show there, an early show of his own works (1981), and an exhibition of Kenny Scharf's hand customized appliances.

Is arguably known as Keith Haring’s most legendary work and the most iconic mural in New York City. It was inspired by his studio assistant who had an addiction problem. The Crack Is Wack mural is a lasting reminder of Haring’s legacy and political activism, continuing to educate and inspire those who come across the compelling painting.

CLUE#3 1980

Around this time, "The Radiant Baby" became his symbol. His bold lines, vivid colors, and active figures carry strong messages of life and unity. He received public attention with his public art in subways where he created white chalk drawings on a black, unused advertisement backboard in the stations. He participated in the Times Square Exhibition and drew animals and human faces for the first time. That same year, he photocopied and pasted provocative collages made from cut-up and recombined New York Post headlines around the city.
